Manual Medicine for Headaches & Migraines Masterclass with Dr Jon Marshall & David Lintonbon Duration: 1-Day Course Skill level: Introduction - 7 CPD hours Online Theory Resources included Course Goals: ​To provide a foundational understanding of the types, aetiologies, and pathophysiology of TMJ, Headaches & Migraines. To introduce participants to the principles of diagnosis, including history taking, physical examination, and the use of diagnostic criteria and tools. To familiarize participants with basic manual therapy techniques and other non-pharmacolgical approaches for the treatment of TMJ, Headaches & Migraines. To empower participants with knowledge and skills for prescribing exercises and educating patients about self-management strategies. Learning Outcomes Participants will be able to: Describe the different types of TMJ, Headaches/Migraines underlying causes. Perform a comprehensive history taking and physical examination for patients presenting with TMJ, Headaches/Migraines, identifying red flags and indications for referral. Apply basic manual therapy techniques safely and effectively to manage TMJ, Headache/Migraine symptoms. Design simple exercise programs tailored to the needs of TMJ, Headache/Migraine sufferers. Educate patients about lifestyle modifications, self-management techniques, and the importance of a multidisciplinary approach for long-term management.
